Its been pretty great for us. We did have a few missing parts, they sent them but they sent the entire box with all these pieces and we only needed a few small pieces and we gave them the part s.

Product is good. Partial deliveries over 10 day time line made it more difficult to find another person to help build

This is a beautiful gazebo. And we look forward to sitting under it enjoying our deck and backyard. It arrived in 6 boxes over 2 days. Every piece came unblemished because the packaging was done very well. It took my husband about 8 hours over 3 days to finish it. There are a ton of pieces, nuts and bolts but the directions are pretty straight forward. This is a great option if you are comfortable with assembling things.

We overall are very pleased with the Gazebo. The quality and overall kit is functional. The presentation and craftsmanship is appealing. There were just a few aspects of the instructions that could have been better in putting the kit together. Due to that, there was some guesswork. Also, some of the screws were not milled exactly proper, so we ran short. Would encourage the manufacturer to include several extras.

Me and my wife love it it is very nice and big it took quite a long time to put it all together but it is worth it.

Really nice quality. Took two of us about 14 hours to assemble. Make sure to keep a close eye on the bolts and exactly where they go. It looks like a 1000 piece puzzle when you start opening boxes.
