Elevate your home canning with the Barton Holiday Home 20 Qt. Water Bath Canner. Designed for both beginners and seasoned canners, this thoughtfully engineered stainless steel pot offers precise temperature control and a generous capacity to simplify the art of preserving. Picture yourself in a kitchen filled with the tantalizing aroma of preserved fruits, jams, and pickles. The 20-quart stainless steel water bath canner becomes your trusted ally in this culinary journey, turning the art of canning into a gratifying and rewarding process. Its spacious capacity opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to experiment with a variety of recipes and ingredients.

I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026

Anova has a passion for precision in the kitchen, and we want to help everyone of all skill levels cook like a pro in their own home. Powerful and durable enough to meet the demands of a restaurant kitchen, yet compact enough for the home chef. The Precision Cooker Pro is the most substantial sous vide circulator in our lineup. The Pro is drop tested and IPX-7 rated; drop the device on the floor or submerge it in water, and you can keep on cooking with no problem. Perfect for commercial use or the serious home chef.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From “Do I Really Need This?” to “How Did I Cook Without It?” I’ll admit it — when I first got my Anova Sous Vide, I wondered if it would become one of those kitchen gadgets that gets used twice and then forgotten. I was completely wrong. Anova has genuinely changed the way I cook, especially meat. There is something incredibly satisfying about cutting into a steak and seeing the exact doneness you wanted from edge to edge. No gray overcooked layer, no dry center, no guessing. Just beautifully tender, juicy meat every single time. One of my favorite ways to use it is preparing beef sous vide and then finishing it over a very hot grill or open flame. That combination is incredible: a smoky, caramelized crust on the outside and perfectly tender, juicy meat inside. It feels like something you would order at a great steakhouse, except I made it myself. But what I love most about Anova is the confidence it gives me in the kitchen. When I’m cooking an expensive piece of meat, I don’t have that little voice in my head saying, “Please don’t overcook this!” I set the temperature, let Anova do its job, and know exactly what I’m going to get. It has also made entertaining so much easier. Instead of stressing over timing everything perfectly, I can have the main course ready and finish it right before serving. More time with family and friends, less time standing nervously over the stove. For me, Anova isn’t just about precision. It’s about making great food more consistently and making cooking more enjoyable. Some kitchen appliances save you time. Some help you cook better. Anova somehow manages to do both. Five stars — and definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to my kitchen.. Nelli. NC. Sun Sep 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to past slow cookers models I’ve had, this one is much more uniquely designed. Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. The best part about the slow cooker to me is the auto warming feature. Past appliances I’ve used, some would require that I manually change the temperature. I don’t feel pressured to have to check my meals every 5 minutes since the feature is in place. The party dipper is a hit too! It’s makes just the right amount of dip or sauce so that none goes to waste and you can also remove the inner bowl as well. Perfectly sized to create meals for the largest of family holidays.. The Weston 2-in-1 XL Indoor Smoker & 10-Quart Slow Cooker smokes meat, cheese and other foods quickly and easily right on your kitchen countertop. Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. Or use the removable 10-quart cooking vessel to slow cook a variety of foods — the nonstick vessel holds a 12 lb. turkey or 10 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The adjustable metal rack lets you smoke one to four tiers of food — up to 20 lb. — at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a gasket-sealed tempered glass lid, a patented Set & Forget temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature, and a Lid Latch Strap. The digital controls are intuitive, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with wood chips (not included).

Love this indoor smoker. Had been looking for one to cook smaller portions of meat. This does the trick!. Karen. US. Sun Jun 07 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Programmable Stay or Go Slow Cooker from Hamilton Beach works awesome. I love that it's a large 7 quart size because when I use a slow cooker I love to make extras so that I have leftovers. I recently cooked a pot roast in it and was able to throw in lots of carrots and potatoes because of its roomy size. This model has a unique feature of a locking lid and it's great for traveling so that nothing spills while it's in the back of your car. The lid is really nice quality and has a rubber ring around it so you can get a nice seal while cooking. It's easy to program and start in the morning so you have dinner ready later that evening. It's really nice quality and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a large size slow cooker.. Jessiej. Wed Jun 24 2026
