I have been eyeing Hestan for a year or more. I know it’s pricey. But for me I am almost 40. My husband and I have been married for over a year and our current pot and pan situation is a mix from our college days and donations from various family members trying to rid of their old pots and pan. You know how that goes. So I have been doing investigations on the best pans in the market. Making my various pro and con lists. I was considering scan pan. But with Hestan. Yes it’s a lot. But I won’t be replacing them in 5-10 years from now. They are meant to last. Per all the reviews. I know I want pan that I put in the dishwasher and don’t have to worry about it being injured from my amateur cooking skills. I love the feel of the pan. The handle all of that. When I picked up the all clads in the store they are too like straight or not like ergonomic for my petite frame. I want to eventually get the whole set of pans. But since we were moving. And my husbands old saucepan had been beaten up and the non stick wearing off. I was like ok time to try the 1.5 qt. I had a wayfair coupon and wedding money to spend. On something that is essential to my kitchen. It has cleaned up beautifully in the dishwasher. I only wash the lid by hand since that isn’t nanobond. The saucepan. Had little water marks coming out of the dishwasher which I don’t mind but they do have a polish they sell if you are displaying your pots. I heated up some brown sugar and butter. Which turned out great. Only tip I got from Hestan when I called about the different pans. Was it you have an electric stove with coils. Turn your stove on and wait 30sec before you place your pan on. I have been mindful of that. The next pot on my list is the 8qt soup pot Can’t wait for that. Teresa. Mon Mar 23 2026

I love these pots! My only downside is I scratched some of the pots nesting them inside each other. At this price point, they really should come with some kind of felt liners or something. space and nest them.. Dorrie. Walden, NY. Fri Apr 24 2026

Great pan but already scratched. My catsitter must’ve done it. For 180 you would think it wouldn’t be too easy to scratch this. The bummer is I could’ve spent MUCH less to have a scratched finish. I can’t believe that my Catsitter is that stupid to use superhuman force and metal tools to clean it but who knows.. Kathleen. Sacramento, CA. Thu Jul 20 2023

Featuring Eterna, a safe and durable non-stick coating developed in the USA, the Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri is the world’s first stainless steel frying pan to achieve non-stick perfection without using harmful chemicals often found in traditional cookware. Conventional saucepans often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of potential carcinogens which are also persistent pollutants of the environment. These traditional non-stick chemicals have been restricted in other countries, such as Germany, due to environmental concerns of poor biodegradability, toxicity to aquatic life, and endocrine disruption in the food chain. With the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan's ETERNA coating, even under high temperatures, no such controversial perfluorinated chemicals are ever passed on to you or released into the environment. This is because the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan utilizes a safer non-stick coating that is completely free of PFOA, and far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan consistently renders cleaning a breeze. The Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality 18/8 stainless steel with TriPly construction, delivering the ultimate in heat conductivity. It boasts a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves, and a heat-resistant handle and side handle for safe and comfortable handling, such as when cooking for larger family sizes. Elevate your kitchen to gourmet status with this saucepan. This premium collection is constructed of five layers: an 18/10 stainless-steel interior that won't react with foods, three layers of fast-heating aluminum, and a magnetic stainless-steel base that's compatible with induction burners. The cooking surface undergoes Demeyere's patented Silvinox® treatment. This process allows the stainless steel to maintain a silvery finish, resist fingerprints, and remain easy to clean. Pans heat up quickly, distribute heat evenly, and retain heat well for perfect searing, browning, and frying. Unlike other cookware on the market, these pans have a flat, stable base that won't bulge when heated, ensuring no hot spots. Ergonomic handles stay cool on the stovetop, tight-fitting lids promote energy-efficient cooking, and rolled rims prevent spills when pouring.

Utilizing Greblon -- an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany, the 5 L (5.3 Quart) All-In-One Green Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri is the world’s leading cooking pot, delivering non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of APEO and PFOA, and even lesser known chemicals such as NMP and NEP. Conventional saucepans and pots often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of PFOA (PerFluoroOctanoic Acid), a potential carcinogen that the EPA has classified as a 'persistent pollutant of the environment, and APEO (Alkylphenol ethoxylates), which are under restricted use in Germany due to environmental concerns about their poor biodegradability and toxicity in the food chain. According to the EPA, once ingested, PFOA is capable of remaining in people for a very long time and has been shown to cause developmental and other adverse effects in laboratory animals. Likewise, European studies have shown that APEO may be toxic to aquatic life, and has the potential to act as an endocrine disrupter. With the Green Earth Sauce Pan's Green-derived coating from Germany, even under high temperatures, no such controversial chemicals are ever passed on to you or released into the environment. This is because the Green Earth Sauce Pan utilizes an inert coating inspired by nature, and is applied using a water-based Sol Gel Technique that is free of the lesser known but potentially harmful chemicals NMP (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone) and NEP (N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone) often found in traditional cookware. In addition to being completely free of PFOA, APEO, NMP, and NEP, the Green Earth Sauce Pan are also far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the Green Earth Sauce Pan consistently renders cleaning a breeze. The Green Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that allows for even cooking with maximum heat retention. It also features a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves. The All-In-One Green Earth Sauce Pan boasts a heat-resistant silicone-coated handle and side helper handle for safe and comfortable handling when cooking for larger family sizes. It also includes a tempered glass lid with a steam-release vent and heat-resistant knob. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Greenhenge coating made by Weilburger GmbH, Germany.
