Neat poacher. I’ve always thrown my eggs directly in the pot of water so I’m looking forward to the ease of use on this. The pan is much lighter in weight than I expected. The handle is hollow so I will have to take care of how I position it in the dishwasher. The poaching rack lifts out easily so this could be used for other purposes. I normally don’t use nonstick pans, but I do like that the cups for the eggs are nonstick. I like the wires around the cups that give me an easier way to get the cups out.. Angie. Maryville, TN.
