The color is so pretty and it matches with my ever changing kitchen decor. It also is super sturdy but very easy to clean. It’s been a new staple during this October season especially while living on the East Coast.🎃🌳. Kristenn. Sun Aug 23 2026

Go beyond the kitchen with the Alpine Outdoor skillet – a versatile essential for searing, sautéing, stir-frying, and griddling outdoors. Crafted from enameled cast iron and specifically designed for cooking over an open flame, the skillet is completely encased in a rugged matte black enamel that is ready to use and requires no seasoning. It’s perfectly sized to fit on most grills with enough room to grill alongside and has a generous surface area and angled sides ideal for stirring and flipping. Raised loop handles make it easy to maneuver on the grates, yet with a low-profile design that allows grill hoods to close. Durable and easy to clean, the Alpine Outdoor skillet is ideal for seared steaks, fried eggs, toasted sandwiches, pancakes, and more.

A little disappointed as I didn’t read the specs. I assumed it would be like the Essential skillets I have. It isn’t a non-stick surface. But, bought for camping so we’ll see how it goes. Anonymous. Ann Arbor Mi. Tue Jul 28 2026

Go beyond the kitchen with the Alpine Outdoor square grill basket – it’s ideal for sautéing, stir-frying, and roasting outdoors. Crafted from enameled cast iron and specifically designed for cooking over an open flame, the grill basket is completely encased in a rugged matte black enamel that is ready to use and requires no seasoning. Perforations in the bottom of the basket keep small items from falling through, while still allowing heat to reach the food for smoky chargrilled flavor. It’s perfectly sized to fit on most grills with enough room to grill alongside a wide surface area for even cooking. The raised loop handles make it easy to maneuver on the grates, yet with a low-profile design that allows grill hoods to close. Durable and easy to clean, the Alpine Outdoor square grill basket is ideal for fish and shellfish, asparagus and other small vegetables, French fries, and more.

I love this cast iron grill! I looked at just about every cast iron grill available because I specifically wanted a grill that would fit on my middle gas burner while still allowing access to my other 4 burners. Staub cast iron cookware is the top choice for professional chefs and home cooks alike. Inspired by the Steam Grill's success, the 12" Round Steam Griddle introduces a handy new tool for healthier cooking. The signature textured black matte enamel interior ensures perfectly browned food. Add broth, wine, or water then top with the domed glass lid, which is designed to keep dishes surrounded by steam. This allows food to be cooked in its natural juices, eliminating the need for excess oil. Together, these searing and steaming make the most mouthwatering dishes. Enjoy juicy burgers, tender salmon steaks, and delicious hash browns - the pan's low sides encourage easy flipping. The tight-fitting glass lid locks in heat while keeping food warm. Along with the large, flat surface area, the domed lid accommodates large pieces of meat.

STAUB makes exceptional cast iron cookware. While a joy to use my 10" cast iron fry pan, it's time to add to the collection a larger pan that will leave appealing sear marks on my steaks. Alas, the Staub Enamelware 12" Square Grill Pan and Press came with a couple of problems. I ordered the Graphite Gray, but received a green pan...a color that's not even carried by Wayfair. The cast iron surface on the inside is covered with scratches, and there is a tiny chip on the press. Customer Service rep Randi came to the rescue. She was helpful and efficient, and expedited shipment of the replacement pan in gray to arrive in 3 days. From my experience, the Customer Service team at Wayfair never fails to deliver stellar service.. Won L. US. Sat Nov 26 2022
