Its spacious capacity opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to experiment with a variety of recipes and ingredients.

I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026

The Weston 2-in-1 XL Indoor Smoker & 10-Quart Slow Cooker smokes meat, cheese and other foods quickly and easily right on your kitchen countertop. Enjoy your favorite foods infused with authentic smokehouse flavor year-round without the long wait or prep associated with traditional outdoor smokers. Or use the removable 10-quart cooking vessel to slow cook a variety of foods — the nonstick vessel holds a 12 lb. turkey or 10 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke to infuse maximum smoky flavor. The adjustable metal rack lets you smoke one to four tiers of food — up to 20 lb. — at once. The smoker/slow cooker has a gasket-sealed tempered glass lid, a patented Set & Forget temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature, and a Lid Latch Strap. The digital controls are intuitive, and the smoking chamber is easy to load with wood chips (not included).

This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The deluxe pressure gauge registers precise processing pressures, which are especially important in high-altitude areas. The special air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

I have been using this for several years now and it is holding up well.. Brenda. Minneapolis, MN. Mon Jun 03 2024

An 8-quart stovetop pressure cooker built for cooks who make food in quantity. The sealed environment traps steam and raises the internal temperature, so dishes that normally need two to three hours on the stovetop finish in roughly 30 to 45 minutes: dried beans without an overnight soak, stock in under an hour, tough braising cuts that pull apart with a fork. Eight quarts holds enough for a family dinner with leftovers, a weekend of meal prep portioned into containers, or a large batch of stock or chili to freeze. The lid locks into position once pressure builds and stays sealed until the pressure valve releases it, so there is no guesswork about when it is safe to open. Ergonomic handles on both sides give you a secure two-handed grip when the pot is full and heavy. Stainless steel construction resists staining, warping, and odor retention, which matters in a pot that will see acidic tomato sauces one week and stock the next. The base spreads heat evenly across the bottom rather than concentrating it in the center, reducing the scorching that affects thin-bottomed pots during long simmers. Compatible with gas, electric coil, glass and ceramic, and induction cooktops. When you are done, the cooker is dishwasher safe. Suited to everyday cooking as much as holiday batches: soups, stews, grains, legumes, and slow-simmered dishes.

Anova has a passion for precision in the kitchen, and we want to help everyone of all skill levels cook like a pro in their own home. Powerful and durable enough to meet the demands of a restaurant kitchen, yet compact enough for the home chef. The Precision Cooker Pro is the most substantial sous vide circulator in our lineup. The Pro is drop tested and IPX-7 rated; drop the device on the floor or submerge it in water, and you can keep on cooking with no problem. Perfect for commercial use or the serious home chef.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From “Do I Really Need This?” to “How Did I Cook Without It?” I’ll admit it — when I first got my Anova Sous Vide, I wondered if it would become one of those kitchen gadgets that gets used twice and then forgotten. I was completely wrong. Anova has genuinely changed the way I cook, especially meat. There is something incredibly satisfying about cutting into a steak and seeing the exact doneness you wanted from edge to edge. No gray overcooked layer, no dry center, no guessing. Just beautifully tender, juicy meat every single time. One of my favorite ways to use it is preparing beef sous vide and then finishing it over a very hot grill or open flame. That combination is incredible: a smoky, caramelized crust on the outside and perfectly tender, juicy meat inside. It feels like something you would order at a great steakhouse, except I made it myself. But what I love most about Anova is the confidence it gives me in the kitchen. When I’m cooking an expensive piece of meat, I don’t have that little voice in my head saying, “Please don’t overcook this!” I set the temperature, let Anova do its job, and know exactly what I’m going to get. It has also made entertaining so much easier. Instead of stressing over timing everything perfectly, I can have the main course ready and finish it right before serving. More time with family and friends, less time standing nervously over the stove. For me, Anova isn’t just about precision. It’s about making great food more consistently and making cooking more enjoyable. Some kitchen appliances save you time. Some help you cook better. Anova somehow manages to do both. Five stars — and definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to my kitchen.. Nelli. NC. Sun Sep 20 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it a couple of times. I have only used regular stove pressure cookers before so this electric one was a little different but SO MUCH easier to use. I didn’t think it came with a lot of recipes (it only had a little booklet in the box) but then I realized there was a link where I could download an entire recipe book with over 100 recipes. I’m so glad I got it before the holidays, it will make cooking for my family and guests so much less stressful!. Tiana512. Austin, TX. Wed Feb 02 2022
