This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Perfect for doing ribs in the oven - they turn out so tender. My complaint is hotter heavy the roaster is and that it’s not easy to remove the lid (no handles) to check temp of meat - especially when it’s so hot!. Kim. Olcott, NY. Thu Feb 06 2025

Slow-roast a pork loin, braise a pot roast, bake a deep casserole or slow-cook chili, the Swiss Diamond Nonstick Roaster is a versatile piece of bakeware that cleans up in a snap. With a 5-liter, 5.3 qt capacity and a cooking depth of 11 cm (4"), this roaster can comfortably handle a 6-8 lb. roast. Sear your roast on the stovetop to lock in flavor and then transfer directly to the oven as everything is oven-safe to 260°C (500°F). (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. The enamel finish needs no seasoning and cleans up easily, and the dish looks like serveware because it is. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F. I have already used this broiler pan and look how well it cleaned up! Broiler pans are great for cooking and baking. The metal is thick and manages heat well. Having a grated top allows the fat and grease to drip into the bottom pan so that the meats you eat are healthier. The bottom pan can also be used separately to cook a long list of versatile items from small casseroles, lasagna, cookies, etc. The thickness and quality of the bottom pan makes it longer lasting than the average baking pan. The grated pan is thinner and can also be used to heat rolls or other items.. Melissa Dedomenico-payne. Front Royal, VA. Wed Apr 09 2025
