Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth.
