I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026

Crepes and pancakes fail at the edges, where the pan is cooler. The Alva Maestro 10-Inch Ceramic Nonstick Pancake and Crepe Pan is built low and flat with an aluminium core that carries heat right out to the rim, so batter sets evenly across the whole surface and browns in one colour rather than a dark middle and pale border. The shallow sloping sides let a spatula get underneath cleanly, and the multi-layer ceramic surface releases with very little oil, so crepes lift in one piece and eggs slide out without a fight. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep the surface performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Have been making crepes for a long time but knew I didn’t have the proper pan for making them. I did a lot of searching online and so happy I found your company. I always struggled making that first crepe because it would stick pretty badly, but using this pan every crepe comes out perfectly and you don’t have to use a lot of butter. Very happy with it!. Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. For centuries, cooks have taken advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Staub builds on this tradition with our enameled cast iron cookware. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising, and roasting. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Chip-resistant and dishwasher-safe.

Absolutely LOVE anything Staub. This is my second pan like this one but i have several others and love them.. Sherry. US. Tue Mar 10 2026

One product for everything and everyone: The new Staub griddle offers plenty of space for the whole family or guests. And when it comes time to serve, the cast iron is simply placed on the table or buffet. Its modern design with clean lines and black matte surface ensures excellent presentation anywhere. It’s the modern way to cook and serve. The premium-quality Staub lets you cook meat, fish, vegetables, and more efficiently for several people simultaneously. Its 38 x 22,5 cm cooking surface provides plenty of space for meals together as a family or with guests. In addition to looking great, its cast iron retains heat over time to keep food warm for long periods. However, the versatility doesn’t stop there: As a special piece of cast-iron cookware, the griddle is suitable for use on both stoves and barbecues. It is also compatible for use on induction stoves (the booster function must not be used). This means that there are practically no limits placed on your culinary creativity.

Sandwich Press Non-Stick Grill Pan. Inspired by a recent trip to Europe, where warm, melty cheese toasties are a regular item on cafe menus year round. Grilled cheese sandwiches are the ultimate comfort food and Nordic Ware knew there was a better way to make them building from the design principles and success of stove top waffle pans, Nordic Ware created this cast pan with 2 interlocking hinged halves. Preheat both sides, then place your sandwich inside and squeeze the handles together to cook from both top and bottom. When foods are heated from above and below, the result is a dramatically reduced cooking time and when it comes time to flip the sandwich, the pan keeps both halves firmly held together to prevent messes and burned fingertips. The diagonal ribbed design on the inside of this pan will sear your sandwich with flavorful, good-looking grill marks. So simple to clean and store in comparison to a cumbersome electric counter top model and American-made. Not surprisingly, this product also works wonderfully for quickly searing steaks, chops and chicken you’ll be amazed.
