A French chef favorite, the Saucier’s rounded, cornerless bottom yields the silkiest sauces, making even a weeknight pasta feel like a five-star meal. From béchamel to velouté, the Saucier is designed for smooth, fully emulsified sauces. Dishes like risotto and gumbo, which require constant agitation, benefit from the Saucier’s cornerless bottom, which guides the whisk and promotes circulation. Like the rest of the Stainless Clad Cookware, thes is crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution. It heats evenly and responds instantly to temperature changes, giving more control when sautéing, deglazing, and reducing. It also cleans up in seconds, as it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. A rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling, and the hollow Stay Cool Handle keeps the hands safe.

I have been eyeing Hestan for a year or more. I know it’s pricey. But for me I am almost 40. My husband and I have been married for over a year and our current pot and pan situation is a mix from our college days and donations from various family members trying to rid of their old pots and pan. You know how that goes. So I have been doing investigations on the best pans in the market. Making my various pro and con lists. I was considering scan pan. But with Hestan. Yes it’s a lot. But I won’t be replacing them in 5-10 years from now. They are meant to last. Per all the reviews. I know I want pan that I put in the dishwasher and don’t have to worry about it being injured from my amateur cooking skills. I love the feel of the pan. The handle all of that. When I picked up the all clads in the store they are too like straight or not like ergonomic for my petite frame. I want to eventually get the whole set of pans. But since we were moving. And my husbands old saucepan had been beaten up and the non stick wearing off. I was like ok time to try the 1.5 qt. I had a wayfair coupon and wedding money to spend. On something that is essential to my kitchen. It has cleaned up beautifully in the dishwasher. I only wash the lid by hand since that isn’t nanobond. The saucepan. Had little water marks coming out of the dishwasher which I don’t mind but they do have a polish they sell if you are displaying your pots. I heated up some brown sugar and butter. Which turned out great. Only tip I got from Hestan when I called about the different pans. Was it you have an electric stove with coils. Turn your stove on and wait 30sec before you place your pan on. I have been mindful of that. The next pot on my list is the 8qt soup pot Can’t wait for that. Teresa. Mon Mar 23 2026

Featuring Eterna, a safe and durable non-stick coating developed in the USA, the Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri is the world’s first stainless steel frying pan to achieve non-stick perfection without using harmful chemicals often found in traditional cookware. Conventional saucepans often achieve their non-stick performance with the aid of potential carcinogens which are also persistent pollutants of the environment. These traditional non-stick chemicals have been restricted in other countries, such as Germany, due to environmental concerns of poor biodegradability, toxicity to aquatic life, and endocrine disruption in the food chain. With the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan's ETERNA coating, even under high temperatures, no such controversial perfluorinated chemicals are ever passed on to you or released into the environment. This is because the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan utilizes a safer non-stick coating that is completely free of PFOA, and far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan consistently renders cleaning a breeze. The Stainless Steel Earth Sauce Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality 18/8 stainless steel with TriPly construction, delivering the ultimate in heat conductivity. It boasts a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves, and a heat-resistant handle and side handle for safe and comfortable handling, such as when cooking for larger family sizes. The Stainless Steel All-In-One Sauce Pan is elegantly finished in a polished mirror exterior and includes a tempered glass lid with a steam-release vent and heat-resistant knob.

The Thomas Keller 4 qt Saucepan is a wonderfully designed pan with substantial heft. Its not too heavy nor too light and is wide enough to accomplish most tasks. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend. I didnt hace zny ussues either staining or with food sticking to the pan, by the way. The quality us worth the price and Im happy to have added it to my Thomas Keller collection.. Ada. Miami, FL.
