Fillet Stainless Steel Knife Sets

The Viking 17pc Cutlery Set is designed for the home chef continuing to refine their cutlery handling skills. Featured in the set are both the most commonly used everyday knives like a Chef Knife, and Paring Knife, plus additional styles like the Boning Knife and 5” Serrated Utility Knife, to expand your cutlery library with more advanced blades that make easy work of any culinary task at hand. The premium German steel blades are designed to deliver the ideal balance between edge retention and the ability to sharpen the blade while withstanding years of use. The heavy duty forged bolster on the handles help to balance the knife during use while protecting your fingers from sliding forward to the blade itself. The full tang triple riveted handles are ergonomically shaped to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The bolster end of the handle can also be used for crushing garlic, ginger, nuts, and more. The 16-slot cutlery block is made of sustainable Ash wood with Walnut color finish to compliment a wide variety of kitchen designs. This set includes: 8” Chef Knife, 7” Santoku Knife, 8” Carving Knife, 8” Bread Knife, 6” Boning Knife, 5” Serrated Utility Knife, 3.5” Paring Knife, 3.5” Serrated Paring Knife, 6 – 4.5” Steak Knives, 10” Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears, and an Ash wood block. The six steak knives are partially serrated to cut through any type of steak. The cutlery is dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend only handwashing cutlery to protect the metal and prevent the cutting edges of the blades from getting damaged in the dishwasher. This set comes with a limited lifetime Warranty. These knives are made with quality and have held up well considering some of the reviews I read through. A few of the reviews stated there was rusting on the knives and they weren’t dishwasher safe after all. I can confirm personally that it’s dishwasher safe and there’s zero rusting. Overall quality exceed the cheaper price the knives are selling for. I have zero regrets buying these knives and will buy again when the time comes.. Carll. Montgomery, TX. Tue Sep 15 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this knife set so far. It comes with so many knives, and they all work really well! My favorite part about this is the color, as it matches my aesthetic perfectly. Also a pro that there are scissors and a bread knife included! The only thing I don’t love about this is that it tilts at more of an angle than I’d like, so it takes up more counter space than I prefer.. Emmah. Wed Aug 12 2026

This is a nice knife set. The shipping however was horrible. The package arrived weeks late, torn and retaped. The knives had what seemed like water stains on them that I scrubbed off. The knives themselves are awesome. They cut through meat and vegetables like butter. They came with a sharpener and two gloves to keep you from cutting yourself because the knives are very sharp. I'm happy with them.. James. CA. Tue Oct 06 2026
