Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. Well....I have had Nesco 18 qt roaster for 20 yrs...I needed to replace it. I really like the semi-oval design of this new one..and the lid is domed higher than my old ene.
