Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Lid handles and long handles feature heat breaks to help them stay cool on the cooktop during use. Long handles feature a finger stop that guides your hand to the perfect grip for comfort, balance and control. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. The glass lids are oven safe to 350°F. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026

Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard.. Nice pots and pan. I was looking for new 1.5 quart pots, and maybe a 3 qt. This was a nice alternative from buying single pieces price-wise. So far, I am happy with the quality. The big pot and pan were basically a bonus.. Shannon. Wauconda, IL. Tue Mar 31 2026

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees. I honestly have no idea how hot the fire on a gas stove gets so hopefully I'll be using it correctly. So far it has been fine and I like everything in the set!. Jessica. Brooklyn, NY. This is a very nice set of pans and pots. Love how light weighted they are yet feel strong and good quality. The green color is pretty, although much darker than I expected. The ceramic makes cooking very easy and cleans nice and smooth. The utensils are a nice extra gift and the clear lids are a plus.. Luz Karime. Miami, FL. Tue Apr 28 2026
