Dark Gray Oven Safe Cookware Sets

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. Lid handles and long handles feature heat breaks to help them stay cool on the cooktop during use. Long handles feature a finger stop that guides your hand to the perfect grip for comfort, balance and control. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. The glass lids are oven safe to 350°F. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!. I thought we would give these pots and pans a go on our stoce. Its hard to find pans that heat evenly on our antique electric range, but these did better than expected. Theyre certainly not thin and flimsy. It does take a bit of getting used to the removable handles, but I love how easy it is to store these!. Tam. Princeton, WI. Sun Aug 16 2026

Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off. But wish the sides of the pan were at a slight angle instead of straight up because it's hard to flip eggs without a spatula. If it had that I would have rated 5 stars.. Sandy K.. Lemon Grove, CA. Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. These don't do that and -- in the one instance it happened -- it was very easy to wipe off the exterior. No scrubbing needed!. Jane. Milwaukie, OR. Thu Jan 18 2024

Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard.. GP5 incorporates 15 years of cook-centric innovations in one cutting-edge collection. These extraordinarily engineered pots and pans are in a class all their own. You may not notice the integrated technologies at first glance, but you’ll appreciate them when you start cooking. This set is designed to deliver everything from braised chicken thighs to simple morning eggs with ease. No matter what you’re making, you can use less oil and get more contact with this pan’s innovative Balance Pro Base. We invented ceramic nonstick cookware 15 years ago, and we’ve perfected it with Infinite8. This groundbreaking ceramic nonstick coating is the most advanced ceramic nonstick ever made. It’s ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and features layers of diamonds for extraordinary performance. No other coating comes close. As always, it’s PFAS-free to make every meal healthier. These pans feature Magneto Induction Technology for remarkable performance on all stovetops, including induction. The sturdy stainless steel handles are reverse riveted to create a smooth, snag-free interior. The Oven and broiler are safe to 600˚F. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
