So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. Classic, functional, reversible. Our best-selling maple carving board features an indented side to cradle while carving—and a flat side for daily prep. Both surfaces feature an ample juice groove. The extra thickness on this board provides greater stability while carving. With features on both sides, they can be used for everyday meals and used with pride on ceremonial occasions as well. The perfect board for holiday roasts or poultry.

It’s a great medium large size with deep grooves. It’s heavy enough to not slide around but light enough that washing it isn’t too cumbersome. The coloring is a bit splotchy and some areas (the corners of the grooves) could be sanded better. But overall it appears very functional and easy to live with. A great design for an all purpose cutting board. It’s not big enough for the occasional 25 lb turkey but it’s plenty big enough for frequent daily use, which is perfect.. Mina. Melrose, MA. Solid rubberwood breadboards can be trimmed to any width making them great for retrofit applications or new construction. Rubberwood has very little tendency to warp or crack, has a dense grain character, and is very stable. These breadboards feature one solid oak and one solid maple end, 1-3/4" wide, with a finger pull profile. Why make your own breadboard when these are ready to install?

This cutting board was inspired by the original boos butcher blocks that were made from a solid piece of hardwood. their product is as close to nature as you can get and has a unique story. Each board is kiln-dried, with rustic edges and slight variances. You can even count the age rings. Some of their boards will have more grain than others; some will have knotholes and discolorations.
