So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. This is a cutting board made of stainless steel. First of all, the construction of this cutting board is A OK. It's a nice, thick, sturdy board and it's visually appealing which is great. The best part about it however is not its looks but its function; the board nests in the left side of the sink and is custom designed to fit snug so while you're chopping and dicing you can use both hands for the task and not have to use one hand to keep the board from sliding around.
