This is a very small pan, which is exactly what I wanted. My go to pan was Farberware, and it is over 20 years old, horrible condition as it will not even fry an egg without sticking now. We are great cooks in this house and somehow we can still make our old pans work. BUT....This Viking pan is next level amazing. I see why its so expensive. It is heavy like a cast iron pan and I love love love that!! I cooked an egg in it without using any oil. Now I am obsessing and want a whole set. This is my first set of stainless cookware. I ordered this cookware based on the price of the set and the adorable style. I am not really that fond of cooking, but this sweet set has made cooking much more enjoyable. I have had them about a month and have been using them regularly. They clean up beautifully. I took a photo of the inside of the pot that gets the most use. As you can see, it still looks almost brand new. Love love I’m surprised how thick it is and a nice weight not too heavy and not to large. I have all clad pans and this is a nice addition to an everyday pot . I bought it mainly to make rice bc of the width it’s hard to find pot that’s aren’t narrow for rice .This is perfect for it I haven’t made anything else in it yet just rice but seems it’ll be my got too for many dishes .
