Achieve the perfect roasted meats and vegetables with the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster. Made of aluminum, the term “anodized” refers to the electrolytic process that the aluminum is exposed to in order to harden the aluminum itself and make it resistant to corrosion. The process also makes the aluminum harder than stainless steel making it durable enough to provide years of roasting for family gatherings. Aluminum has long been prized as an excellent conductor and distributor of heat, ensuring you’ll achieve even and consistent cooking results each and every time. The interior is coated with a three-layer nonstick coating for superior release and durability. The tall, straight sided walls of the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster accommodate a variety of different sized foods while minimizing splatter while the easy-to-grip handles make it easy to transfer the roaster from oven to counter with ease. The inverted handle shape allows the roaster to fit in a variety of ovens, even small ones with a little room to spare. The unique inverted Stainless Steel handles allow the roaster to fit into ovens with ease, minimizing space versus roasters with handles extended outward. The interior cooking dimensions on the roaster are 16” x 13” x 3 1/3”. The exterior dimensions of the roaster (without the rack) are 17” x 13 1/3” x 4 3/5”. The rack is 13.5” x 11 3/8” x 5 1/4”. With the rack in place in the roaster, the height without food is roughly 5 7/16” tall. Included with the Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster is an angled rack designed to slightly elevate ingredients to promote even cooking on all sides because achieving the perfect roast includes proper air circulation around the meat. The rack not only elevates the meat but also ensures that there is no need to reposition the meat during the cooking process. As the meat cooks low and slow for several hours, the fat from the meat slowly melts into the vegetables and other aromatics below, setting the stage of a luscious, flavorful gravy to compliment any dish. The handles built into the rack easily allows you to lift the meat out of the roaster while leaving the drippings and roasting vegetables in place. You can take the roaster directly to the stovetop and use two burners to make gravy right in the roaster without dirtying up a second pan. As an added bonus, this roaster set includes the Viking 2pc German Steel Carving Set. The blade and fork are constructed from premium German steel. The bonus set includes an 8” Carving knife and 6.8” Carving fork to impress your guests as you carve the perfect meal. To keep your roaster looking new and to extend the life of the nonstick surface, we always recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to extend the life Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Roaster. This roaster is compatible with all stovetop types except induction. Limited lifetime warranty. The Ceramic Roasting Pan And Beer Can Chicken Roaster Set features the iconic WAVE patterned ridges and a detachable chicken holder for making beer can chicken. The nonstick glazed ceramic coating is perfect for roasting and baking everything from tasty vegetables to your favorite roast meats. Attach the roasting cylinder to infuse a roast chicken or turkey with your favorite flavored liquids like beer or juice. Cleanup is easy, everything in this set is dishwasher safe. The pan is a generous 19-inches by 10-inches and will easily hold chickens of three to six pounds.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Napoleon sent me this item to test. I was using the chicken roaster in the first image and it was ok but it was not very sturdy on the grill. Also, there was only one beer can size that fitted in. With that holder the fat of the chicken fell on the grill during cooking and you had to watch that the chicken doesn't catch fire. The Napoleon roaster is sturdy because of the roasting pan and you can spin it around easily to cook the chicken evenly. The fat drips in the roasting pan and not on the fire so the chicken can be cooked on direct or indirect heat. It is also very easy to clean. You can fill the central container with wathever liquid you want which is a nice feature. I will always use it in the future and I'll try roasting vegetables at the same time on the pan.. Er25. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Napoleon Roaster Pan is an excellent product for cooking beer can chicken with vegetables. In the past, I have inserted cans in the chicken and they fall over and cause you to get burned. I have used the stands with ok luck. This pan allows you to pour two beers in the bottom and the vented stand is durable and functional and the top pan allows you to cook the vegetables of your choice. I cooked roasted squash, zucchini, red onions, bell peppers, carrots and spinach on the top pan while my chicken cooked on the stand. This was a complete meal in one and the stainless steel design made clean up a breeze. I highly recommend this purchase.. Ex Restauranture. Wed Sep 02 2026
