These are the sharpest knives that i have ever purchased for home kitchen use. they feel ok in the grip, but they could be a little bigger as in the Accent Forged for the money your spending on the Classic Precision Set, i also ordered the Classic Forged steak knives to make the hole set forged and put the other knives away till needed. I have zero issue cutting thins slices of tomatoes, thick tough chunks of meat, these knives glide through them all like warm butter. I've actually started cooking more at home since we got these blades because prepping isn't such a chore any longer. Great quality knife. The materials and overall build feel solid and well made. There are a couple of things that took me a little getting used to, like the smaller blade since I’m normally used to carrying a Leatherman Surge, which is a much bigger tool. Another thing is that accessing the tools is a bit different—you pretty much have to open them one by one to get to what you need. It’s not really a problem, just something you get used to after a little time. Overall, I really like it. The blade comes sharp, and for the price you’re paying, the value is excellent.
