ELEGANT YET PRACTICAL – the Gotham Steel hammered collection is beautiful and makes a statement in every kitchen, yet nonstick, lightweight, scratch resistant and dishwasher safe!

It’s really good and the good color doesn’t change. Vaishali. Thu May 07 2026

Looking to replace your current, used frypan? This copper deep skillet has a brilliant exterior and remarkable cooking capacity with nine and a half diameters of cooking space. This is a phenomenal addition to any copper set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the copper look on the outside of the skillet. You can also use it in the oven. It's not recommended for induction style stoves. Also you shouldn't use it on high heat when cooking because the food will burn and stick. It's 8 inches in size perfect for cooking pancakes, eggs, or even a steak.. Keisharenee90_3583. Simple, modern, classic, beautiful, and above all, very functional. We have blended the best of traditional high-quality cookware improved with our patented modern reworking of the handle. Heavy gauge Season Copper Pan give you the performance and presentation prized throughout time. Our new line of cookware carries on the tradition of superior quality and unique style that has set our goods apart for over 20 years.

For ultimate performance and modern elegance, equip the kitchen with a Hestan CopperBond Induction Copper Skillet. Constructed from 5-layers of 18/10 stainless steel and a 100% copper core for quick, even heating and exceptional temperature control. These kitchen workhorses are designed for quick heating, are ideally weighted, and have 20% more surface area than traditional fry pans for better browning, searing, and sauteing. The ergonomic handle has been designed for maximum comfort and control and is secured with flush rivets for easy cleaning and nesting storage capability. Handcrafted in Italy, these innovative, induction-compatible frying pans are oven safe to 600°F for superior cooking versatility.

This, for me, is the perfect in-between fit because I like temperature control and our All-Clad pans stay hot for a pretty long time. This pan, on the other hand, is very responsive but still retains heat, so it hits the sweet spot in terms of size (not splashing all over the counter because the pan is pretty big), weight (because it feels a lot lighter than our equivalent All-Clad Copper Core), and responsiveness (in terms of turning down the heat or adjusting up and down as you're cooking multiple items in a frying pan). I just love this addition to our family!. Juergen. Florida. Fri Sep 18 2026

This deep skillet will impress anyone who witnesses your culinary skill. The hammered copper texture stands out against your kitchen backdrop while the deep skillet functionality makes sure that any fried meal is proportionally cooked.

This pan does the job and the copper holds up.. Phillip. Christ Church, BB. Sun May 17 2026

Made in France since 1814, Matfer Bourgeat Copper Cookware has been the premium choice of generations of professional French chefs. Matfer's Copper Cookware combines the optimum heat conductivity of copper with the easy cleaning properties of a stainless steel interior, and requires no tin plating or special maintenance. This fry pan's durable riveted cast iron handle and grip ensures reliable cool touch support and balance when lifting and pouring, while it's tapered rim makes pouring drip free, making transferring sauce from pan as easy as possible. This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as its compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. Please note that the copper material will develop a rich patina over time, but this will not affect the quality of the pan or its cooking performance. To keep it looking new and shiny, try using Matfer's Bistro Copper Cleaning Paste, sold separately.

This pan is crazy expensive but so well crafted. I’ll literally have it for life. Love it.. Jennifer. Centerton, AR. Wed May 06 2026

The copper that creates its extraordinary presence is also what gives Cop-R-Chef its extraordinary performance. The heavy-gauge copper outer layer produces unparalleled evenness of heat, allowing precise control for delicate recipes. Cop-R-Chef is a gleaming example of All-Clad artisanship. Depending upon your preference, Cop-R-Chef can be polished to a high luster, or allowed to antique, naturally, for a more traditional appearance. Cop-R-Chef is an ideal choice for professional chefs and gourmet cooks who desire supreme control and a classic copper aesthetic. The workhorse of all cookware shapes, the versatile shape, and size this All-Clad frying pan makes it a frequent choice for scrambling eggs and bacon on Sunday morning or preparing a quick chicken to sauté dinner on a weeknight. This conventional fry pan goes in the oven and under the broiler, making it even more convenient. In addition to its ideal thermal conductivity, Cop-R-Chef's heavy-gauge copper outer layer disperses heat laterally across the bottom surface, as well as vertically along the sidewalls of the cookware, so your food cooks evenly every time. The pure aluminum center core further enhances heat distribution to eliminate hot spots and ensure fantastic results. The 18/10 stainless steel interior creates the ideal cooking surface that won't react with food.

I have had great success with omelettes using this pan, and would recommend it to anyone!. Nelliebelle. Knoxville, TN. Tue Jun 29 2010
