Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
