Powered by a 3000W dual heating system and built with premium stainless steel, this griddle features a half-flat, half-ridged cooking surface and independent dual temperature controls, allowing you to cook different foods at varying heat levels simultaneously. Spacious, durable, and easy to clean, it’s the ultimate versatile cooking workhorse for your kitchen, food truck, or concession stand.

This is a substantial griddle with a large cooking surface and a sturdy overall design. One of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is, which gives it a solid feel but may make setup difficult for some people. The stainless steel construction looks durable, and the cooking area appears spacious enough to prepare meals for a family or a group. Because of the size and weight, I was not able to fully set it up and use it on my own, but my initial impression is that it is designed for serious outdoor cooking and offers plenty of cooking space.. Shanika. Mobile, AL. Tue Jun 02 2026

With the Hamilton Beach® Steak Lover's Indoor Grill, there’s no need to fire up an outdoor grill to get great grilled flavor. It features a high searing temperature of 500°F that locks in juices and flavor and makes everything you sear — steaks, burgers, fish, chicken and pork chops — taste delicious. Best of all, food won't stick to the grilling plate since it has a nonstick coating. This grill has an illuminated sear button to make searing easy. Just press the button, and the grill sears at 500°F (260°C) then switches to your selected grilling temperature. The 100 sq. in. nonstick cooking surface has plenty of space for cooking a variety of meats and veggies. You'll get quick, delicious meals on the table in less than 10 minutes. As you grill, fat is directed by the cooking surface away from your food into the removable drip tray. The grill is easy to clean. Simply wipe the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick plates clean after they cool. The removable drip tray is dishwasher safe. Besides meat and vegetables, the grill is great for making hot sandwiches like paninis and grilled cheese with a crispy finish.

Its extra-large surface gives you room to cook multiple items at once, from pancakes and eggs to steaks and fajitas, while the embedded heating element ensures fast, even heating. Precision controls let you dial in the perfect temperature up to 400˚F. When you’re through, the griddle and drip tray are dishwasher safe for an easy cleanup, just be sure to remove the temperature probe first. This griddle blends convenience, performance, and versatility all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Martha Stewart 22” griddle is wonderful! It has a large cooking surface, is easy to clean, and heats up very quickly. I like the grease drip tray which keeps my food from soaking in extra fat while it’s cooking. I only gave 4 stars because it ran hotter than expected. When setting it at the recommended temp on the dial, the griddle seemed to set at a much higher temperature causing a little burning to my food. I would give 4.5 stars if I was able since this is something that can easily be adjusted.. Johannar. Fri Aug 28 2026

Steakhouse quality steaks are just minutes away from the Gemelli gourmet steak grille. It features an infrared superheating element that reaches 1560ºF in just 5 minutes! And, instead of convection cooking which can dry out your steak, the infrared heating sears and caramelizes the steak while keeping the inside juicy. This is called the Maillard effect and is what steakhouses have been using for years! Need another reason to love the Gemelli gourmet steak grille? Its single-dial sets both the temperature and time. The included manual features a helpful guide of cooking times and temps for common foods along with 11 exclusive Gemelli recipes. The Gemelli gourmet steak grille is designed to be used indoors and requires no propane. The unit is completely electric powered and features a cool-touch exterior. The exterior housing will not heat up during use and the unit is safe to use on all counter surfaces. From perfectly seared steaks and broiled fish to delicious veggies, the Gemelli gourmet steak grille is the perfect option for anyone with a passion for food!

It is NOT SMOKELESS! This thing smokes BIG TIME! I need to put this on my stove under the vent on HIGH or my house would be FILLED WITH SMOKE! Doesn’t get a restaurant quality sear by any means BUT it does cook a steak in about 6-8 min with only about 5 min in preheat time and it is faster and easier than turning on the grill and that mess and much faster than the stove oven and heating the whole house. SO if your short on time and don’t want a mess or a hot house and you have a vent this is for you. Do NOT buy this if you don’t have a vent! ( VENT NEEDS TO BE VENTED OUT OF THE HOUSE NOT THE CHEAP VENTS THAT ARENT VENTED OUTSIDE). Robert. Bellmore, NY. Mon Oct 10 2022

Grill steaks, burgers, chicken breasts, fish fillets, pork chops, vegetables and more. It's perfect for anyone on low-carb food plans like keto or paleo. It also directs excess fat away from your food into the removable, dishwasher safe drip tray. The grill has 1200 watts of power and a large 90 sq. in. nonstick cooking surface that fits 6 burgers at once. The grill has a floating hinge that accommodates thicker foods like large steaks and boneless pork chops. When you're in a hurry to get dinner on the table, you can cook quick, delicious meals on this grill in 10 minutes or less. Cleanup is easy too. The PFAS-free ceramic nonstick grilling plates keep food from sticking and are easy to wipe clean after they cool, while the removable drip tray can go in the dishwasher after discarding drippings. The grill has indicator lights that eliminate guesswork. The power light illuminates when the grill is plugged in, and the ready indicator light illuminates when it's time to start grilling.
