It features a high searing temperature of 500°F that locks in juices and flavor and makes everything you sear — steaks, burgers, fish, chicken and pork chops — taste delicious. Best of all, food won't stick to the grilling plate since it has a nonstick coating. This grill has an illuminated sear button to make searing easy. Just press the button, and the grill sears at 500°F (260°C) then switches to your selected grilling temperature. The 100 sq. in. nonstick cooking surface has plenty of space for cooking a variety of meats and veggies. You'll get quick, delicious meals on the table in less than 10 minutes. As you grill, fat is directed by the cooking surface away from your food into the removable drip tray. The grill is easy to clean. Simply wipe the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick plates clean after they cool. The removable drip tray is dishwasher safe. Besides meat and vegetables, the grill is great for making hot sandwiches like paninis and grilled cheese with a crispy finish.

An OK option for the purpose I intended, making hamburgers. It works OK with two burgers, three is possible. Heats quickly and does an acceptable job of cooking, but not as good as the George Foreman grill. Bought this as a test since the Foreman grill I had was losing its antistick coating, common for the grill at about a year, to see it the antistick was any better. Cons to this grill are the slope when cooking is too shallow to efficiently drain the grease (solved with a wooden block under the legs) and the ridges on the lower cooking plate are very deep, making it hard to cook the entire burger surface uniformly and making cleanup a hassle. Too soon to tell if it is a better buy than the Foreman product.. Alan. Iowa City, IA. Thu Dec 09 2021

It truly is smokeless. Apartment dweller must have. Im a skeptical person, but this deserves full credit. I live in a smaller apartment with low venting. Broiling steaks and beef always set off the smoke detectors and left an odor in my apartment for days that I couldn’t stand. This was the solution for my problem. Food also tastes great. Takes a tad bit longer to grill than a traditional outdoor grill. Easy clean up.. Andrew. Cleveland, OH. Mon Jun 13 2022
