My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato. Firstly, looking at it, it is a beautiful knife. I expected it to be a little heavier, but decided to try it before judging. It cuts through everything flawlessly, and I can see now that I was wrong with the initial thoughts on the weight. I can cut strawberries paper thin, as well as onions and raw chicken.
