The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded. As long as you preheat the pan to the proper level and add oil or butter food does not stick. After years of using nonstick pans and failing to properly sear, I am finally able to sear food properly with ease. Clean up is also easy. I just set up the grill I ordered along with the paella pan! This is the 24" pan and it's big. It beautiful can't wait to use it out doors! I ordered the Weber 26" grill to go with it (keep in mind with this size pan if you use this grill the grate need to be turned inside out due to the handles, so the pan can fit properly) I love this set up so had to make it work some how :).
