Quick delivery and very easy to put together. Followed the directions and within 20 minutes had it up and ready for the cats to climb on. This is a very solid cat tree! Wider than I thought. The top bed perimeter is flimsier than I thought it would be, hopefully my cats don't fall over the edge. The middle bed has a pad insert in the bed instead of a solid unit. The pad is smaller than the inside area of the bed and looks like it could easily be slid out if a paw got attached to it. This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. I imagine it is somewhat self-heating and also helps to hold onto the heat from the window. My largest cat loves the middle level basket. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet.
