Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its sturdy construction, noting it does not wobble. The appearance is frequently praised for being attractive and fitting well with home decor, offering a more polished look than traditional cat trees. The size is considered ideal for small spaces and accommodating larger cats. However, some customers have expressed concerns about durability, with reports of fraying baskets, toys being torn off quickly, and posts breaking. There are also mixed opinions regarding the comfort of the basket beds, with some finding them too rough and suggesting additional padding.
