I first I thought it looked like a hair salon chair but then I like the slope of the arms it was similar to my main couch. And with the pillow it takes away some of that barber chair look. Pretty chair… easy to assemble … only negatives about it are the back is pretty low, it sits low to the ground and the bottom part around the base chips easily .. not sure if that was something from shipping or what but the base faux wood is flaking in spots and doesn’t seem like super great quality , however the chair itself is great quality just the base. I really like this chair. It is very stylish and perfect for my space. It swivels well without catching on anything. I will be honest that the first shipment came damaged (one side was bentsmashed inward) and they forgot to enter the replacement order, but everything was resolved quickly and they sent FedEx to pick up the damaged item to my front door.
