The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. The color is more almond/cream in color than the advertised ivory. The chair sits much lower to the floor than I thought it would. Much lower than our previous recliner chair - so be aware. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. Very comfy. Fits my 5. 1" frame. Fairly easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hrs. To assemble . The massage feature is a bonus although a little chintzy but I didn't buy it for that.
