Overall an amazing desk for small spaces. It is super sturdy - you would never know it's a folding desk (doesn't move at all when typing, etc.). Very easily to install including a mounting template. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. I really love this desk. It was a bit of a hassle to hang at the height I needed to get it, but once its up I really like working on it. I set it up with a bar height chair stool so that I can stand or sit comfortably. The cable management is a bit awkward, but you really just need to get creative.
