Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on. I hope writing this review helps someone else who may be on the fence. The color is beautiful and neutral, and the material feels high end. The extendable backs are cool. During the day we keep it smaller because I prefer the look, but for lounging or movie watching we push them back, it’s easy to do, feel sturdy, and the mechanism works seamlessly. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! Just buy this. It’s heaven on earth. Got this so that all four of my dogs could sit on the same couch. Before, i had a reclining leather couch that my husky/GSD mix and two pugs sat with me on and my huge GSD had his own matching leather recliner, but I felt bad that he had to be separate.
