Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. The back cushions are a bit flat, the seat cushions are thick and firm. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). Assembly was easy as the pieces slide together however I definitely follow the order of things as if you put them back on first it’s too puffy to put the sides on. The color is neutral and beautiful, and the size is perfect for my space in my loft it is firm but still comfortable. It ships in three separate boxes. Nice couch for what it is. We needed something for the “den/game room” mainly for the kids. No assembly required and took 1-2 days for it to fully come to size. It’s actually pretty heavy and solid with great underside support. The color was a bit off from the website though. Kids really like it. I am so impressed with this curved bouclé sofa. The color is slightly darker than the stock photos—more of a beautiful, warm oatmealsandy beige—which actually looks much more expensive and high-end in person.
