This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. While this is a very nice Chenille Chaise Lounge, it is not an oversized chair. It looks wide because it has white arms. The sitting area is that of a normal chair. The Ottoman is nice and big and there’s plenty of room for storage under the armrest and I really like the fact that I can hit my phone in the holder so all in all this super nice here but it’s not an oversized chair.. This chaise is so comfy and so plush and fit perfectly into a small nook in my daughter’s room. I would give it 5 stars but it had a very strong “import” smell when it came out of the air sealed bag. We washed the cover, which helped, but the odor from the insert will likely linger for a while. It was so strong, it gave my daughter a headache. Either way, Everyone loves sleeping on this couch.
