Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Im genuinely surprised at the quality of this couch! It didnt have a lot of reviews so I took a shot. I have an extremely small space so had to have a sectional, floor vents in an old house so had to be raised, and cats and dogs so had to have removable cushion covers to wash. This left me pretty narrow on options but this couch works with all my criteria. The white is also a nice beige so it doesnt look sterile and I dont have to worry about obvious animal hair between vacuuming. Everyone who has seen it says it looks nice and both my bf and I find it very comfortable compared to my last loveseat with foam cushions. Were both tall and can stretch out on each portion of the couch. Its also fairly deep so I can nap on it without feeling like Im falling off. For the price Id say its worth it. Only complaint is it did feel cheap unboxing (couch comes in 3 boxes that may not be delivered at the same time) and one of the back sectionals is a little misaligned with the other backings. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
