This sectional is quite comfortable with moderately firm cushions and a nicely versatile ottoman. It took us about 4 hours to fully unbox and assemble. Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged. I’m very happy with this! I wanted a deep comfortable down-filled sofa, and have always wanted white, but worried about keeping it clean. This one has every single piece zippered so it can be machine washed, including the base part of the sofa. The pillows need to be fluffed in the dryer, as they come vacuum packed flat.
