Super big and roomy! Biggest fear ordering couches online is for them to come in looking cheaper and smaller than expected, happy this was not the case. Seats are a bit firm, but thinking it just needs time to get broken in. Would recommend!!. Anonymous. Sat Oct 23 2021

This showed up earlier than expected. According to the emails, it looked like it was gonna be delivered in portions. The communication was fantastic. I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. Definitely a good purchase.. Harley. North Carolina. Tue Aug 25 2026

Wayfair shipping was fantastic. They arrived within the window and did a great job bringing it into the home. As for the couch itself it is relatively easy to assemble (it’s 4 screw per leg) and the pins hold it securely in space. The material is very soft and the cushions themselves are relatively stiff at first. After you break them in it is very comfortable. Very pleased with Wayfair again.. Anthony. Broadview Heights, OH. Love the Couch, but Packaging Needs Improvement! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this sectional! It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We have a toddler and two cats, and everyone loves lounging together on it. One thing I especially love is that we were able to use the ottoman as an extension of the couch, creating even more room for everyone to relax and feel connected. It makes our living room feel so cozy and inviting! The reclining feature is great, and the overall setup is perfect for relaxing together as a family. I’m really happy with how the sectional looks and functions in our living room. Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the packaging. The way the product was packaged during shipping left a large hole in the back of one of the main reclining chairs. This was disappointing, especially with a purchase of this size. Overall, I genuinely love the sectional and am happy with how it works for our family.. Alexsandra. Hanford, CA. Fri Oct 23 2026

Love the depth of the couch and ability to lounge comfortably. Feet were a pain to assemble as you need a long screwdriver so couldn’t use my ratcheting screw driver or drill. Wished feet were wood and not plastic, but once assembled you don’t notice. Couch had some defects on arrival, but none that prevented use. Manufacturer was responsive and helped resolve. Sits slightly lower to ground than I was expecting. I like the dual retention features to hold the sections together.. Valerie. WA. Thu Sep 24 2026
