I couldn’t find any good sectionals for under 1k, so this was a good deal for us ! Took us about an hour to put together. The directions don’t clarify certain things (the pieces to anchor the inner sections together have multiple size holes directions don’t reflect what goes where). We did get one screw that was the wrong size but other that it was pretty straight forward. I’m sitting on it about 19 hours after setup and the cushions have almost doubled in size. It’s nice and firm but still soft enough for you to sink in. It did not have a smell or anything which is great. The chaise pieces slide around on our hardwood floor, but with some grippy tape on the bottoms of legs, they stay put. The legs are plastic but not cheap feeling. So far it’s wonderful and it’s BIG!! For the price, this is a really nice couch! I took a bit of a risk ordering it since there weren’t many reviews, but overall I’m happy with It is smaller than I expected, but it works perfectly for my tiny space. For reference, I’m 5’3” and when I lay across it, I don’t reach from end to end. One thing to note is that the cushions in the listing photos look much fuller and thicker than the ones I received. Mine are definitely thinner, but the couch is still comfortable! I’d recommend adding or replacing the throw pillows to make it a little cozier. This couch is very sturdy yet very comfortable. I think this soft fabric will last a while. It’s a very beautiful color. Silver like. The space under the Chase lounge is soul Roomie. I was able to get the sheets for the king size Bed, and a nice big king size pillow in side the storage space. Plus various throw blankets and pillows as well. I would say so far.
