The couch arrived in six different boxes. One of them still hasn’t arrived yet, but the first five showed up within a day and we’re very excited. Now we’re just waiting for the last box with the armrests. So far, the couch looks very high quality, was quick and easy to assemble, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. I love this small sectional. It is not too big for my small living room. The hidden storage is definitely a plus in keeping this area neat and uncluttered. The material is soft but firm and supportive. My husband however had some difficulty putting this together as it had several pieces to assemble. So if you are not good at putting things together your going to need some help or you are going to have to pay Wayfair to do it. I love having the cup holders and a charging port. Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair.
