First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. I ADORE this couch! It is fantastic for the price. Looks beautiful. It is truly modular and can be arranged in many different ways. And mine did have clips to connect each section together! Those were key to making the couch look put together, otherwise there is a small gap between each section. It’s very cushy and comfortable - you won’t feel like you’re sinking in, but it’s not as hard as a rock like other wayfair couches I’ve experienced. You feel very cozy on this thing. Took me about 1.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Really impressive how everything was packed so well. Instructions were easy to follow. The cushion covers are removable. I am so happy I took a chance on this couch based on the ONE review picture someone uploaded, so I am adding more! Including one with my feet so you can see how long this is. I thought I was getting the 7 seater instead it’s 5 seater although it’s very comfortable once u break it in. Building the pull out portion the labeling was wrong right and left had to be switched. Other than that it’s cute. The measurements were perfect.I would note that the pullout legs are easily bendndable so be careful moving it just be sure to lift not drag. Pillows could be thinker maybe. Quality of fabric is spot. I’ve been sleeping on here the last 3 nights while I wait for my bed, it’s more on the firm side. Small gap between the pull out and the other couch so be sure to not drop ur phone retrieving it is a little hard. Storage is heavy duty and I love the side pockets. Like I said I wish there was option to choose between three 5 seater or 7 seater because I didn’t realize till the very end that I got the 5 seater. This couch is AWFUL to put together. The holes are even in the right spots on some. Without the legs on, while unpacking, it scratched up my new kitchen floors. I ended up not even putting the legs on because the screws aren't long enough for the holes and after hours of trying I ended up having to build a wood platform for the couch so the bottom wouldn't scratch my floors anymore. The couch I was shipped doesnt even look the same as the picture- the pillows are flat, and I'm going to have to buy inserts. Its also a completely different color than the couch in the ad. Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! If I’m able to, I will post an update in the future after the pillows fluff a bit. I purchased an extra ottoman so me and my hubby can rest our feet. Overall, very happy with my purchase!. Anonymous.
