Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Sun Sep 20 2026

So cute! Love this but assembly was a bit much (but we aren’t too handy). I will say part of the legs were unfinished and a bit rough, we stained the legs darker to match our chairs so the stain was a bit uneven. I’m. Nancy. TN. Sun Sep 13 2026

This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. Update: they were comfortable as soon as they came out of the shrink wrap, but then as time went on the cushions got harder and harder, and they are not comfortable anymore. The stuffing is like little broken up pieces of foam and it’s too over stuffed. That makes it hard now. I do not recommend unless you want something very firm. No no Easy to put together, but very hard to get shrink wrapped cushions out of where they stuffed them into the frame of the loveseat. Very nice when done comfortable. I bought 2 so it took me some time by myself. I’m pleased with them though.. Susan O. Port Orange, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

I have had the sofa for a couple of weeks now, so feel I can give it an honest review. The style is not like any other sofa. This has style. Unfortunatley, it is not comfortable to sit on. It is hard, which is better than no support, but not comfortable to sit for any lenghty of time, and not sure the fabric is the best quality for the price. This sofa is in our main sitting area, and it's just my husband an me, but have concerns about the quality. The left arm creaks when someone sits on the left end of the sofa. I see ridges in the cushion where the foam is settling, and this is only after a couple of weeks in a house with no pets and 2 adults. I pulled it out to sweep behind today, and there was white suffing on the floor, which I am thinking came from sofa. I debate on whether I should keep it or not, but I have had my eye on this sofa for several years, just have some conerns and disappontments. Also, if you want this for a tiny space, keep shopping. This is not a dainty sofa, pretty, but not dainty.. Sherrie. Franklin, TN. Sun Oct 04 2026

Received my sofa today and it’s great! I really think there’s pretty good quality. The only complaint is the skirt is a little wrinkled on the left side. I’m hoping with some steam pressing and time it will straighten out. The qualities is good delivery was excellent only took a month and it ended up being cheaper than buying it on Birch Lane!.
