The assembly went well. The color is a darker gray, although it did say taupe. We’re keeping it for the fact that it’s still matches in our room. Very nice, compact sofa. Comes packed in an efficient box and is easy to put together. I would suggest for a low-use room as it is small. There was a small tear in one of the seat cushions.
