I think the couch is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. The back pillows on the couch are hard. I was also missing 1 bracket to keep both couches together in the center. I do think the arms on the chair could be a tiny bit longer. This is exactly what I need for my small apartment, I love it. Couch is still comfortable and eye catching. I wish I could buy the ottoman separately because I made a mistake and ordered the one without the ottoman. Queenpink. Sat Apr 18 2026

Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. Delivery was great: two guys moved my old couch for me then unpacked and put the new one in place. From what I explored at local stores I feel this couch was a good buy!. Nancy Justine. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026
