Love these chairs! They're sturdy, comfortable to sit in, and have good back support. I'll likely get cushions to add a warmer touch. One of the sets of legs was slightly bent making the final product unstable. Wayfair has sent out replacement parts so hopeful the issue will be resolved. If it's not I'll include an update. Ordered these chairs yesterday, and they were here today! It didn’t take too long to build them, but it was helpful to have a second person assisting. There were two small little issues. We found a slight tear in the bottom of the chair seat which we decided to fix ourselves with some duct tape. And one of the holes was not drilled correctly for the screw so it only went in part way. These are nice chairs and very similar to the love seat set. The seat cushions are a little soft, but not too bad. The back cushions are also little soft, but they are still nice. The cushions come vacuum packed and take up to 24 hours to fully decompress. The wicker material is pretty good and solid just like the love seat set. It seems like will hold up well outside. The assembly was simple for the most part. It took about an hour for one person to assemble them. The tools are decent, but I’d recommend using a 13mm socket for the nuts that hold the chair legs. It’s a lot easier to use than the included wrench. The included Allen key is fine. Once assembled they look great. The arm rests are good height for comfortable sitting. The finished product is nice quality, looks great, and is comfortable. I like the height of the legs that create spacing to use a blower to clean leaves and dust from underneath. They are nice looking chairs and will work for us for the time being, but I can see why they were offered at a great clearance price. Three of the four chairs have damage we'll repair, as it's not worth trying to return them. They come as one piece (no assembly) and the box is huge! The damage is that the plastic rattan wrap around the legs has unraveled on 2 of the chairs, and the arm of a third chair has some damage that should be glued down. Because the plastic is polyethelene, you can't use just any glue, you need a bonding epoxy so I will be buying some tomorrow to address these issues. This is actually a really nice set of chairs. The seat cushions a nice and firm. The back cushions are a little soft, but they are still nice. The cushions come vacuum packed and take up to 24 hours to fully decompress. The wicker material is pretty good and solid. It seems like will hold up well outside. The assembly was simple for the most part. It took about an hour for one person to assemble them. The tools are decent, but I’d recommend using a 13mm socket for the nuts that hold the chair legs. It’s a lot easier to use than the included wrench. The included Allen key is fine. Once assembled there is are two clips that hold the chairs together underneath. They work well and the chairs do not pull apart with people sitting on them. There’s plenty of room for 2 adults to site comfortably.
