This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. Comes largely put together and you have to slot in a couple of pieces and that is it. Took 15 mins with 2 of us. Fabric is surprisingly good for the price and is nice to the touch. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. The room is currently unusable. As a long-standing Wayfair customer, I have never experienced anything like this. Returning it would also be a tremendous hassle because I paid for professional assembly and would now need it disassembled and package item. I truly regret this purchase. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. This sleeper sofa adds a modern look and provides extra sleep for when the company stays over. It extends into a full-sized bed that's just right for smaller spaces. Plus, the back cushions are removable, so it's a cinch to find that lost remote.

I ordered the deep seating version for my clients. I like the contemporary look and bench style seat cushion (no one will get stuck sitting in the cushion cracks).
