This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. Perfect to add a pop of color to your kitchen. The country French collection combines attractive design with functional construction for the ultimate line of efficient, easy-to-use cookware. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 480 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.

A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. Bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.
