Nice storage shed for the price. One negative is that you can only access the shed from the single man door and not from the larger double doors. Unit came with a lot of nuts, bolts, and screws but was fairly easy to put together if you follow the step by step directions. Overall I am pleased with this shed.. Bob. Mon Jun 22 2026

We regretted this purchase from put-together day #1! It ended up taking 75 hours to put it together. We had to make several make shift changes because of some pieces that were not provided. The directions have NO WORDS and the tiniest non-descriptive pictures in the world. This is not water proof, but we used spray foam insulation and caulking to seal it up. In any severe heat or hold, it is apparent the windows and top clear roof panels would crack and dry rot. Time will tell! In short, with a LOT of patience, work and help, this item is usable but don't expect anything easy or high quality about it!. Devan. KY. Sat Sep 12 2026

This is a great unit! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that we had such a hard time installing the roof. The directions were horrible.. Sue. AZ. Fri Feb 07 2025

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

Park your car, store your riding mower, and any other tools you have, all at the same time! Once the Fairmont Garage is assembled, it will look like it was always meant to be there. Put it alongside your house like a standard garage, or put it in the backyard for a detached garage and storage shed. Once you paint it, add shingles and a garage door and you will have a beautiful addition to your property!

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021
