Arrived quickly in several long boxes not heavy just awkward for one person to move. Lots of pieces not much hardware but lots of panels and brackets. Need to do base either wood or cement post could do a whole floor of cement but I wanted just the earth ground for the floor. It is always better with a helper or companion to assist. Quality is good and have been wanting a more sturdy structure to keep out all the flipping bunnies I have everywhere eating my plants in my soft sided green house which I also got from Wayfair. After reading the reviews and seeing from multiple folks that it’s not horrible to put together, I ordered this greenhouse and received it in July. It arrives in lots and lots of boxes, so be sure you have lots of space for sorting and storing. I received a box with updated roof instructions that were to be used instead of the ones that came with the greenhouse. The build wasn’t too bad, I’d maybe not do it again at the end of July, beginning of Aug. I would also recommend to make sure you have a strong marriage if you are putting this together with your husband, especially if he likes to keep a level handy or it could result in a missing husband and a mysterious new flowerbed in the back of the yard. Everything basically went well with the build, the new roof instructions were a bit confusing, but I got it figured out. I’ve stained the outside and painting the inside at the moment, so I’m not moved in completely yet. It’s a great size, the benches that fold down work great and give you so much work space. It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. Super cute. This is a little smaller than I expected..no problem at all. We are using it as a house for our two geese. They are going to love it. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Shed looks great. Instructions and diagrams are so hard to understand. Took 5 days to put floor together, finally. Next came the walls, but once walls were going up, the floor started to buckle. We replaced our EAGLE PEAK pop up greenhouse with this wood greenhouse last fall and could not be happier. This will certainly serve our improved gardening skills and gives us a permanent home for our plants. The wood quality is excellent, and the assembly was easy. The directions are easy to follow, and it took two of us just over a half day to put together. We have seeds started indoors and are looking forward to moving them to their new outdoor space soon..
