Cook anything anywhere with this Griddle & Grill Pan. Use it on gas stoves, ovens, induction cooktops, or even over a campfire. Flip it to grill meat or cook pancakes. Pre-seasoned and ready to use—enjoy fast, even cooking every time. Clean easily with the included scrapers and take it with you for any meal prep adventure.

The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. With an extra inch of depth added to the traditional skillet, this versatile pan can do it all from deep frying to bread baking.

Thus is my first cast iron skillet. I wish I would have bought it years ago I love this thing I have been cooking in it ever since I got it. It is well worth the money and if you like cast iron you have got to get this deep skillet I Fried Chicken and it did not splatter all over my stove.. Leslie. Byhalia, MS. Sun Aug 09 2026

The Signature loaf pan is ideal for everything from bread and pound cake to meatloaf, brownies, and even ice cream. With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.

Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !. Acerulz. San Francisco, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

Great quality, as always, from Lodge. I w as hoping to be able to use this on my gas grill instead of having to purchase a Blackstone. It fits on the grates of the grill fine but the handles prevent the lid from closing. Still a great purchase that I will use and enjoy for many years on the gas range in my kitchen.. Vicki. The rectangular shape of this pan was inspired by the Japanese makiyakinabe pans that are used for rolled omelets called tamagoyaki. The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter. A similar process is used for the Korean dish gyeran-mari.Apart from these traditional uses, the STAUB Egg Roll Pan is also a great tool to bake crêpes or pancakes, leading to the same advantages of even filling and rolling – and surprising your guests with a novel form of the beloved dish. This Egg Roll Pan measures 6*8 in, resulting in an egg roll that serves at least two people for breakfast or as an addition to their bento boxes. The high sides allow for big rolls with a lot of delicious filling. The enameled cast iron of the pan distributes heat evenly, which results in consistent coloration of the omelet or pancake: golden as traditional in Japan, or a light brown like a Breton galette.

Love it! Perfect to make small steak bites on the grill and other apps and various uses!. Jeremy. US. Sun Sep 13 2026
