This cookware combines the optimum heat conductivity of copper with the easy cleaning properties of a stainless steel interior and requires no tin plating or special maintenance. This sauce pan's durable, riveted cast iron handle and grip ensures reliable cool touch support and balance when lifting and pouring, while it's tapered rim makes pouring drip-free, making transferring sauce from the pan as easy as possible. This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as it's compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. Bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

Perfect to add a pop of color to your kitchen. The Country French collection combines attractive design with functional construction for the ultimate line of efficient, easy-to-use cookware. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.
