This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

My Pressure Cooker is a must have to quickly prepare delicious meals and especially melt in your mouth meats. I have used a pressure cooker since the 60’s. This cooker is all one piece so no jiggler to misplace, is safe to use and worth its weight in gold. When deciding which size to purchase don’t just think of you and your significant other. Also look at your future. You will use it to prepare food for a growing family, guest and holiday seasons. Rather than a 4qt look at 6 or 8 qt. It is just as easy to use and economical rather than purchasing a larger size down the road. Wayfair has knowledgeable people to answer questions. They are also patient and courteous to golden oldies like me. Have fun experimenting with your purchase.. Darla. Mercer Island, WA. Thu Apr 16 2020
